Overview:

What you will do:
The offensive security team is looking for a person to perform Red Team and Purple Team mandates. In addition, the person we are looking for will participate in the research and development of attack and security circumvention techniques as well as actively participate in the training and mentoring of his or her colleagues in offensive security.
What you bring to this role:
Skills and Experience Required
  • More than 5 years of experience in penetration testing, particularly in Red Team and Purple Team mandates in various industries (banking, industrial, insurance, transportation, media, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of the adversary and the MITRE Att&ck attack techniques (TTPs).
  • Excellent report writing and quality assurance skills (French and English).
  • Experience deploying and maintaining command and control infrastructure.
  • Experience in performing social engineering techniques with intrusion objectives.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, etc).
  • Development/modification of exploits, shellcode and associated tools.
  • Experience with security assessment tools such as Nessus, Metasploit, Burp Suite Pro, Cobalt Strike or other equivalents.
  • Experience developing offensive security applications/tools in C#, C, C++, Go, etc.
  • Understanding of common reverse engineering techniques.
  • Experience reviewing source code to identify and exploit security vulnerabilities
  • Offensive security certifications (OSCP, OSEP, etc).

Qualifications
  • The ability to analyze and think quickly, and resolve conflicts.
  • The ability to determine what is a risk of an issue and the necessary escalation processes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • The ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused despite ambient distractions.
